The Growth Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients, developing growth strategies, and implementing marketing campaigns. This role involves building relationships, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and working closely with the team to drive organizational success.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO optimization, content creation, and social media management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas to engage target audience.
Prior experience in the tech industry is a plus.
Solid background in performance and digital marketing, including paid acquisition channels.
Experience in developing growth strategies and implementing marketing campaigns
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify opportunities for business expansion
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
As a Growth Executive, you will:
Identify, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Create and implement demand generation strategies to move leads from awareness to qualification
Collaborate with Marketing Teams to shape content strategy and contribute to both inbound and outbound efforts
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across both organic and paid channels
Leverage SEO and SEM tools to increase visibility and drive traffic & Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Design and execute lead generation, nurturing and engagement campaigns to enhance conversions
Analyze marketing metrics and data to inform strategy adjustments and improve outcomes
Identify new growth opportunities through market research, data analysis, and customer insights
Create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and engineering, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
