We are looking for a Portfolio Tool – Software Developer. According to this mission in scope of OT software at SGRE, you will:
- Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, document, and administer software tools which are primarily based on Microsoft’s low-code ecosystem with connectors to other related applications / data models.
- Support to define and capture the requirements of such tools.
- Contribute to maintain the vision and architectural runway of the overarching tool portfolio and align with related portfolios and teams (e.g. KPI dashboard, release portal, IT portfolio).
- Evaluate the state-of-the-art with respect to related tool sets and support to benchmark related out-of-the-box solutions, e.g. Integrated Management Systems, Requirement Management Tools.
- Support to communicate and train tools and related changes towards internal users.
- Develops software.
- Reviews relevant requirements, standards and other documentation to clarify and understand software engineering requirements.
- Provides estimates for modules under development, and estimates own work.
- Completes the development of software test requirements for modules under development.
- Executes software (unit and integration) tests.
- Presents technical findings and developments.
- Adheres to the software quality process through the execution of module, subsystem and system test procedures.
- Analyzes localization requirements and designs/adapts products and solutions accordingly.

- Are a Master or Bachelor software engineer, a software architect or similar.
- Have profound programming knowledge and expertise in any language, preferrable in low-code frameworks e.g. in Power Apps, Power BI. Expertise in C# & Python languages will be highly appreciated.
- Have experience in state-of-the-art application design, including related cybersecurity concerns.
- Possess analytical and structural skills, act problem-oriented with a supportive mindset.
- Are communicative, integrative and proactive.
- Like to work in teams in a multicultural environment.
- Are fluent in English.
