Job title: Software Developer
Company:
Software Developer (DEV – L2) is a mid-level position with a solid foundation in coding and development. They should design, code, and modify software applications according to specifications. They should also collaborate with the cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA. They should be able to fix the more complex bugs, by users or by any team members. They should also document the development changes before launching any new features. They should be able to guide Associate Software Developers (DEV – L1)
In addition to L1 responsibilities, the Software Developer (DEV – L2) will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance our applications using software development technologies. Work independently on development tasks with minimal supervision
- Deep understanding of Github.
- Should be able to design complex software features.
- Ensure the top-tier availability and performance of the application
- Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing.
- Mentor and support Associate Software developers.
- Implement and maintain back-end services, databases, and APIs to support front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Grasp new technologies to support business needs to attain high reusability and maintainability of current and newly developed systems
- Provide system design recommendations based on technical requirements
- Should have a deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience working with APIs, both integrating a third-party API and creating your own when necessary (Oath, Facebook, Twitter, Google API experience preferred)
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in working with Pabbly Connect or any automation tool.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in PHP and experience with frameworks like CodeIgniter version 4.
- Experience in Server management.
- Good experience with GitHub
- Strong proficiency with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Bootstrap.
