The Software Developer will provide software design, development, and application support for Digital Patient products whilst adhering to departmental SOP’s. In addition, the Software Developer will contribute to the architecture of the products, the development process. Essential Duties And Responsibilities To include (subject to competence and experience) a subset of the following: To participate in the configuration and maintenance of product development including the production of validation document sets. To proactively contribute in the creation of software development plans, typically reflecting rigorous and disciplined development processes. To write requirements specifications, define software architectures, develop and implement designs and test environments within agreed timescales. To ensure products are in a validated state throughout Change Control. To ensure system and technical support incidents are dealt with appropriately. To provide innovative solution suggestions which contribute to the value of the products provided to customers and enhancing the company’s competitive edge. To provide feedback regarding project timelines. To maintain in depth knowledge of the company’s SOPs relevant to the role. To adhere to Quality and Regulatory compliance including, but not limited to, those for MHRA and FDA Regulatory bodies. To be an effective team member possessing a range of practical skills and demonstrate flexibility at all times. To proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving Clario’s processes in the workplace. To demonstrate self-awareness regarding personal and technical training needs. The position may involve other duties appropriate to the role
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or computer related program or relevant IT or software development experience. Experience 2+ years of experience in a commercial business environment is essential. Proven commercial experience in a Microsoft .NET environment preferably with C#. Experience using SQL in a relational database. Adequate software development experience in an area relevant to the business. Proven experience in the mobile development arena is desirable.
