Software Technologist I (Java Full stack Developer)
You are responsible for Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust healthcare system software within an Agile Scrum team environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. Work closely with architects and implement scalable and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare system. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance benchmarks. Collaborate closely with other team members, product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time. Stay abreast of industry trends, and adopt best practices, learn new tools, and emerging technologies in healthcare and software development. You are a part of You will join growing energetic team that develops end-to-end solutions for remote cardiac monitoring, centralized core laboratory services for clinical trials, remote blood glucose monitoring that serves both healthcare and clinical research customers. Opportunity to participate and define consolidated master data model and consolidated clinician portal. Team in Bangalore will be cross functional and participate in projects across Cardio, Care and Research businesses and as well participate in defining integrated AM&D technology platform.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a senior software developer in healthcare or related industries. Expertise in software design, architecture, and development using relevant technologies (e.g., Java, React, JavaScript, Apache Tomcat, Spring Boot, AWS, Postgres, Docker). Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Having some knowledge of DevOps skills, Terraform script, and DataDog monitoring tools would be a plus. A strong understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and interoperability would be a plus.
