● Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring high-quality and seamless
transitions.
● Implement creative storytelling techniques to captivate and engage the audience.
● Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that
align with the vision and objectives.
● Utilize advanced video editing software and tools to enhance visual effects, sound, and
overall video quality.
● Trim and rearrange footage to ensure the logical sequencing and flow of the video.
● Add appropriate music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance the video’s impact.
● Conduct thorough quality checks on edited videos, making necessary adjustments and
revisions.
● Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements
to improve video production quality continuously.
● Mentor and guide junior video editors, providing feedback and support to help them
develop their skills.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of
projects.
Specifications:
● 1-2 years of experience in non-linear editing.
● A bachelor’s degree in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferred.
● Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
● Excellent knowledge of video editing techniques, including color correction, visual
effects, and motion graphics.
● Solid understanding of various video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
● Must be experienced in editing multi-cam projects.
● Experience with 2D/3D animation and motion graphics is a plus.
● Someone who knows the internet trends too.
